Brook leads a 30 minute, highly creative choreographed Step Aerobics segment, weaving all combos in the end for a showcase finish. Keli leads the second 30 minutes, constructing strength flows that engage total body, with multi-muscle and multi-joint functional movements. True to classic style, they lead all choreography on the 32. Expect cardio, strength, and a deeply relaxing finish.
Brook Benten, M.Ed., is Texas girl who has been trailblazing fitness for two decades. Her gift in matching movement to music made her a natural choreographer (and later an Advisory Board Member for Power Music). She champions continuing education and has impacted the field as a campus recreation fitness director, CEC provider, fitness magazine writer, and workout video star.
Keli Roberts is a highly decorated force in the fitness field. She is a National Fitness Hall of Fame inductee (2007), IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the year (2003), Lifetime Achievement OBOW award recipient (year). Keli was Presenter of the Year in the USA and Inspiration Award for Empower! Conventions (2016). Keli is a SCW Faculty Member, BOSU Elite instructor, Schwinn Senior Master Trainer, and an Ambassador for Ryka.
